They canceled my order because there was none in stock.
I checked the outlet page there are tons of 17r Special Editions in stock!
I feel completely cheated and now the coupon code is expired I have to pay full price for the same laptop!
NO MORE DELL FOR ME!

I called them and they said that the factory is over capacity. They expect no more delays except this one.

Funny. I ordered a Latitude on the exact same day, got the same original delivery date, and it was changed to the same date you have now.

Well now you know why it got delayed. Because they did not plan for the sale and the factory is over capacity. So now they are rushing to get those laptops built. lets hope they don't run out of parts and start canceling orders.
Also if you call them they will put your laptop on high priority to shut you up from complaining again and again. -
My laptop was shipped today and should be here on the 16th. It was a refurb if that makes a difference.

My order was delayed for 9 days then cancelled on Friday evening...
To say I am upset is a gross understatement.
Not even sure who else to complain to and it was while they had the 30% coupon going so 0 chance of me finding the same deal nor do I have the energy to handle another experience like that again. -
I was making an order for a Dell Precision m6600 from Croatia and had it shipped to address in USA. Payed on February 26. after I confirmed my CC charge on 27. notebook was shipped on Feb. 28. I made my order tru sales representative.
Just wanted to post my good experience here. -
