    Hi everybody,

    Yesterday I received my XPS 15 and I'm still evaluating it. I know dell has the 21 day return policy - but I'm not sure from when does that start? Is it from the time the rep and me "made the deal" or from the time that I received the laptop? Or from the time that they shipped it?

    Any help will be appreciated :)

    7 day returns law states the day after delivery so i would assume the 21 day deal is the same, ring and ask if you are not sure.
