Does anyone know anything about the refurbished Dell 9300's? They just started sell them in the last week or so. Do you really save any money? Do they have coupons for these? It looks like I could get one with everything I wanted in one. It seams that if Dell does the refurbishing it should be like a new one. Plus you wouldn't have to wait a couple of weeks for it? Just thought someone may know something about these laptops? Thanks

From what I noticed the refurbished deals are not that good. You are better off with one of the big coupons.

    Passnbyu,

I agree with "bugmenot". Dell has been selling these for quite a while. It's not just recently! With all the coupons you know that you can buy one of their pre configured new ones or configure your own and come out the same at least. But of coarse a new one is going to be better. If you want refurbished you can get them cheaper on Ebay or elsewhere!

    All the best,

    heartofgold [ :)]

Does Dell ever come out with a good coupon for the refurbished 9300's?

    Thanks Passnbyu

Depends on the sale. Dell had 10% off coupons for their Outlet a week ago. Picked out a 9300 with WUXGA, 128Mb X300 and CDR for about $950. Hard to beat that price unless you were one of the lucky ones to get the $750 off $1500 coupon that lasted all of 50 minutes.

Ebay is terrible. The laptops all seem to go for more than you can buy them direct from Dell for. Must be for people who have no idea how to look for a coupon.
