So I've found some laptops on the outlet I'd like to snag.

The shipping isn't a problem, I'm planning to ship it to Niagara Falls USA, and then pick it up (I'm Canadian).

However, there is no way for me to pay. Not with credit card, not even with my Canadian paypal account.

However, I can pay via Gift Card it seems. Now, if I were to purchase a Dell.com gift card via a Canadian credit card (I assume that much can be done), could I use it to pay for my outlet laptop?

It's a crazy hassle, especially considering I have no trouble buying from Amazon.com and shipping to Canada...

    Anyone done it, any advice?
