Has anyone bought one? i was thinking about the SP2309W. I like the high res it offers and its a lot cheaper there.
Any rate, do they still have a 0 dead pixel guarantee to return it and get another?
And lastly, anyone know of coupons for that monitor?
(Its 249 in the outlet and 420 new)

The warranty on the outlet products match those for the new products, though it could have blemishes on the case, the actual functioning of the product is covered the same way. Now, I'm not sure if Dell does a zero dead-pixel guarantee on that particular monitor, I know on laptops it's replaceable after six dead pixels (less than that is considered within standards). Their highest-end monitors (premium panel) do have a replacement if there's 1-dead pixel that's a stuck bright pixel

That's one sweet LCD monitor, Nizzy!
I hope you get it! And, go with the outlet!

I had a bad experience with the premium panel guarantee though. I bought my mom a new 22" ultrasharp for xmas so obviously she didnt open it till after the 30 day return period. It had one in the middle of the screen and they refused to let me return it because it was after 30 days. So much for that.
I might just pick one up, does anyone own this model? -
$420 for a 23” TN panel is too much. resolution is not much different from a normal 23” 16:9 full HD monitor. I wouldn’t pay anything over $300 for that because there are other 23~24 16:9 full HD monitors in the range of $250. However, at $249 I think it is a good deal.

I have a Samsung T260 (26), appearance is similar to 2433BW. Really like how it looks. Picture quality is pretty good too. You can't go wrong with Samsung
Post your comments once you get it.

sorry if I'm hijacking the thread but I was just wondering if there is a Dell Outlet store for Canada as I would love to get a S2409W 24-inch! Might not match my E228WFP 22-inch but heck at that price I wouldn't mind!!
