    Hi everyone

I recently ordered a Latitude e6440 from dell outlet. It was a scratch and dent but I got a really nice deal on it so I picked it up. It was a phone based order and it was not listed on their website.

The problem is that the specs that he sent me for information did not had a webcam but while ordering I specifically asked the rep if it has a webcam and he checked it through their system and Yes it has. I asked him this a few times.

The system which I've received doesn't have the cam. Now my question is what are the chances of getting a replacement similar system without paying extra or will I be just entitled to a return.
