    Dell outlet order tracking...

    On the 10th i grabbed a studio 1749 from the uk outlet and got the two emails that follow after (acknowledgement and confirmation). I tried to plug in the numbers to see on the status of my laptop but it keeps showing "The information you submitted does not match, please try again" with w/e combination of inputs i choose (OR and CN, IR and Email etc). Can anyone confirm if outlet order can be tracked? Could my order already have been dispatched?

    I phone dell, but wow I had to wait and wait to get to talk to someone from india and there she put me on hold for about another 10 mins.. i had enough and just hung up. My first order from dell and I am really annoyed by the way they handle things.

    Dell is notorious for order information mystique. Once you buy a system is becomes a guessing game as to when it will get to you until the thing is physically in transit.

    I have no clue with my order.

    Changed my address details with bank but they never put it through so got a call from Dell saying my address was wrong. Dell said they'd try again Tuesday so I could update my adress with bank monday.

    Updated bank address Monday, checked order status Tuesday and it said cancelled. Phoned same rep who then said was now okay just needed to wait for delivery company to phone.

    Tried rep. Wednesday as order still says cancelled, just getting voicemail, online chat was told to wait for none existant callback, 2nd time just told to email. Emailed and hoping for best.

    'Cash available' bank balance showing cash on its way out since Monday, though no record of transaction yet.

    Damit.
