I got a good deal on a inspiron 17r special edition with 3d screen with truelife. The model was refurbished.

Well, when I got my first laptop it lacked the 3d emitter, screen was matte, and I could not set it to 120hz.

They sent me another one after speaking with them on the phone for hours. The second one I got was the same non-3d model as the first one I got, it lacked the 3d emitter, screen was matte, and I could not set it to 120hz.
I decided to look at the model of the screen, by removing the screen and checking the sticker on the back. The model was a Chimei n173hge - L11. Supposedly the 3d version has a samsung SEC5044 screen, which I learned from youtube.

I spoke with them and they said that it is a 3d model and I needed to purchase the nvidia 3d kit. How would that fix anything when the Chimei n173hge - L11 screen is not a 120hz 3d screen.

I am a bit mad as I got a good deal from the dell outlet store by using a 30% coupon. Dell really seems to not have any idea about what the correct model is and unless there is a way to speak with delloutlet directly about the issue, is there any way to get the right 3d model sent to me?

Or should I just send everything back and not waste anymore time as they will probably never send me the correct configuration 3d laptop?

I am looking at some Dell outlet machines. How do I check / get the detailed SPECS of it? Does not give all Techspecs - Only a System Identifier number and I am not sure if/ where I can look up details using that number.
