I ordered a scratch and dent m1210 off of dells outlet on the 24th of november. The original estimated ship date was the 28 with a delivery date of the 3rd-5th of December. The 3rd comes around and it still had yet to ship so I contacted Dell, they gave me a $20 discount and assured me it would ship soon. Just today I check my order status, and the ship date was changed to the 11th with a delivery date of the 14th-18th. I thought computers from the outlet shipped within 24 hours, and yet 2 and a half weeks later, it has yet to ship. Has anyone had any experiences with outlet orders taking so long to ship?

cancel the order and order a different one.
(maybe the employee that scratches and dents the laptops is sick)
