Does anyone know what this particular part number is? # 950-5442

It's part of the warranty and wanted to have it removed from my order to cut the price a bit.

    # 982-8402, NBD NW,INSP,E1720,QLX,2YR $179.00
    # 983-3110, NBD NW,INSP,E1720,QLX,INI $55.00

I checked the part numbers of bare minimum warranties as stated by other people in their orders. Mine was the same except that the three above.

982-8402 appears to be an additional 2 years for the 1720.
983-3110, I guess could be the in home service? INI?

But what is this 950-5442 that they couldn't remove? Anyone have any idea?

You may not have been able to have it removed if you selected a package that included it. If you don't want any warranty, be sure and select the basic, cheapest computer and just add the components you want.
