My friend has a dell desktop only 2yrs old. He says its been knocked over a few time just inches from the ground, but the ladt time it tipped over, the screen wont come on. When he pushes the button to turn it on, just both fans come on and stay on and nothing else happens. I figure someone here would have experienced this before. Any ideas that maybe a loose wire?

I would suggest you check the Random Access Memory and the processor, those are the likely things that can cause the machine to behave like that
