    Anyone know what the phone number for dell is in canada? i'm calling to complain about the delay my laptop went through. there better be compensation.

    i ordered a black dell 1520. so ya, anyone know the number and give me some tips on what i should tell them just so i could get compensation?

    Don't be a prick to them.......because they'll be a prick right back. Remain rational and ask if there is any way you can receive a discount due to the delays and problems with your order.

    If you go into the call screaming "THERE BETTER BE A DISCOUNT", odds are you'll get shot down really quick.
