    Dell price drop(/match) policy?

    Dell just dropped the price of the 1520 by $40 (the DVD drive is now included) and included a 120GB hard drive with it. Unfortunately, this is canceled out because they made the coupon only $350 off instead of $400, so it seems like trying to get them to price match wouldn't work.

    However, the website for their price match policy says that "Specials and promotions are not calculated into this process" and it is "based on a component by component basis." Does that mean that they would price match it?
