    Dell return policy? M1330

    Hello
    I got a friend here who order the M1330. How ever he isn't satisfied with the build quality so he want to return the laptop and maybe reorder it. Now the question is, he recieve a free mouse along with the notebook. Does he have to return the mouse as well? how does it work , anyone had this issue before?

    and yes he is still in his 30 days . but the issue is the mouse

    I do believe that you have to return the entire order, so if the mouse was included in the order...then yes it will have to be returned.

    If you aren't happy with the build quality, call Dell and ask for a replacement system (not cancel/reorder).

    I just answered this privately for you. Why did you then post it??? Aaaah!

    No you dont have to return the 'one time gesture' gifts as long as they are not on the original system order. If they came on a separate order with a 0 price tag, they are not for return.

    If for some reason they are, they will contact you after the fact and ask...and then send you a mailing label to return them.

    he got an replacement arleady this is his second system with 30 day approaching . XD The build quality still isn't satisfactory

    and no the mouse and also other free stuff is listed as seperate order listed 0.00$ with different order number and everything =)
