I got a replacement from Dell. Now, I have to send the old one back. Under instruction, Dell says looking for 1" x2-1/2" white bar code label with 9 digits and using this 9-digits number as reference number.

I looked on both box (old and new). I could not find any label as described.

Could any one tell me where to find it and how it looks like? What happen if I omit this field in the return label?

BTW, my return label from DHL.

    Thank in advanced.

Are you talking about a number on the RMA Dell sent you?

Dell never sent me any number. When I requested the exchange, they only gave me replacement number. In the new box, they attached the instruction as I mentioned above.

Anyway, I called Dell. They gave me the return#. I guess it is also RMA#. It is really frustrated when the instruction contains some bogus information.
