    i called up a month and a half ago to get a dell studio xps but the woman i called said that call me in 3 days. in that time i got a sony vaio FW. so she was pissed(dont ask how :confused: )
    now, my vaio FW was broken and went back to sony, so i can buy another laptop. i called up dell and asked for the price that the woman offered me (£900) and he said his best offer was £920 but i said no. so he got in a fit and said that no dell sales rep would ever give me a dicount on top of what they usually offer (voucher code) but i was only getting 2% more because i called too many times, which was 2 times without buying (him and woman) and the first time wasent my fault as the woman said call back after 3 days to buy as she wanted to go home, lazy...
    so he wrote something on there computer. i called him stupid and he starting shouting :p so i said a few"nice words" and told him he was being transferred (i gave it to my 5 year old bro).

    im going to get a outlet anyway as i dont want to pay so much on a product when i dont have to. but i will give them a few calls

    lol, never gonna give me a deal again.
    i got a manager calling me now and sayin he will offer a18% discount and at the price i want.....
    some people just chat it.
