    I'm getting ready to order an M1530 and have been working with a Dell sales rep for a while, both on the phone and via e-mail. All of a sudden yesterday morning, I get an auto-reply saying he no longer works in sales! DOH! Doesn't look like he will be replying at all.

    Anyone have a sales rep to recommend who also has worked via e-mail? If you have one to recommend, PM me please with a name and e-mail addy.

    What do you need to work out with a sales rep? You figure out what you want and order. What more do you want?

    They can't promise you any part in particular. They don't work at the factory that puts them together.
