    Okay here is the pic:

Last time I started a topic asking about battery worn and nobody answered me. At last I called Dell by myself and the technician agreed to send me a new one. Today I received it and I found out that it's BROKEN. Oh well, then I called Dell XPS tech support immediately and after waiting for 10+ mins the tech. agreed to send me another battery.

Besides the battery affair, com'on Dell, the waiting time has increased A LOT! from 2 min to 10+ min! I heard the rumor that Dell is closing its calling centers and I'm not sure whether this relates to the waiting time...I just spent USD 468 for the warranty extension and I'll be happier if Dell can answer my phone once I call them...

By the way, I got USD 75 Dell dollars by purchasing the extension warranty...

Yep, they closed down a large calling center in North America, about 950 employees, they want to make sure you can only talk to people through cr@ppy phone lines who can't understand what your saying nor can you understand them, it's called Dell India.

Thats bad about your battery I hope the replacement arrives quickly..

With the customer service I have to say welcome to what we (The UK) have been faced with for quite a while now with dell. Great amusing stuff trying to talk with someone who I can't understand at all, and i'm pretty sure they can't understand me. Trying to have a communication with a call centre in India is mostly a frustrating experience. I don't know about others but i'd rather have an extra £10-£20 ($20-$40) added onto the cost of my laptop to pay for a call centre that is actually based somewhere close to home. Companies that rely on call centres in India or elsewhere for pure cheapness makes me angry.
