Hey this ever happened to anyone . Just recieved my inspiron 6000 but they sent me a spanish keys on top of what seems to be the english interface so what i see on the keyboard is not what comes up in word. Took me two days to get customer service had me on hold for a long time but i am on the phone with them now. Lets see how fast they sort this out.

seems like your computer keyboard isn't set right... Set the interface to English under the control panel keyboard.

Unless you see spanish text on the actual keyboard like the keys with the scrolls above them and what not it's a regular english keyboard.
