The power supply they sent is not only the wrong wattage rating, it also won't even FIT into my laptop's power input. I emailed them, and they won't even replace the thing.
"I reviewed your order details and I see that 65 Watt power supply is listed on your order details therefore we are unable to send you the 90 Watt power supply as per Dell's Exchange guidelines, an exchange could be done for like to like items only."
I dont quite get the logic here. They can't send me the RIGHT power brick because they didn't intend to send the right one in the first place? I am just livid...![]()

grrr.
Don't email, call and speak with Resolutions Specialist.
Tell them that *like* items are the ones that actually fit and work with your laptop. Not incorrect ones sent, cuz someone can't *pick and pack* the right specs....ack.
Or, you can complete the Unresolved Issues Form: http://support.dell.com/support/top...t/dellcare/outstanding_issues?c=us&l=en&s=gen
Deep breathe..and realize the stupidity in all this...the stupidity from Dell..and know that they will prolly correct this!
