dell service is a BIG FULL OF ****TT,i called alot they hang up the phone on me or transfer me to some one ho will not pick up the phone, and they cancelled my order twice isaid why is my order cancelled and answer is (We dont no sir all we can do is replace your order) good job Dell
by the way i order 2 of sager's np5720 for me and for my brother

you should be calling sales, not service, if you're calling about an order.
anyways, looks like you got the problem solved by getting the sagers instead.

i mean sales service iknow i should called sales and i did and its to horrible,they dont know why my order was cancelled what kind of manegment is this !!!

I never have liked dell but yet i have one of there computers. And its not doing well either. They are supposed to have this good support as claimed in commercials but yeah right.
