    Dell service workers, unreliable?

    so yesterday dell came out and replaced my keyboard adn palm rest, and now after their work my lcd screen is wobbly and it cracks when i move it in positions also the lid doesnt close all the way anymore, its like wtf now i gotta call them to complain and then reschedule a new appointment, and waste my time.

    the guy kept saying how complicated the 1530 was to due to the wires to lol

    My rule of thumb is that I check everything (especially fitment issues if dealing with chassis work) before he leaves.
