Finally my CSR replied to one of my emails today, glady informing me that my order has shipped. The email included the tracking code and it shows that
my notebook is going to a lady in Oregon, not to me ? I immediately replied, but have not heard back. After over a month of waiting to see my notebook go out to someone else.....![]()

Turns out my system is still in the build stage, so that particular CSR must have been confused.
Strangely, Dell has for the first time called me today ! Ever! They left a message on my answering machine saying, that this is Dell and they just want to confirm that everything is on track with Order #xxxxxxxxx and I should be receiving the system in the next couple of days, then they didn't hang up and recorded about 5 minutes of background chatter and static on my answering machine.
Automated online status still says "build stage".
Dell shipping to wrong address??
