And there are a few scratches on the casing, which isn't a big deal since it is refurbished. But theres a black spot on the screen that won't come off. I believe it's something with the lcd.
Can someone make a suggestion?

I don't really know what to do. The system is great minus the screen having 2 black spots on it. They are telling me to process an exchange it will take 20-30 days to get a new computer out to me. They gave me a reference number but won't email a confirmation for the exchange. It really seems sketchy since i only have 21 days, How do I know they arn't trying to prolong it until it's past my return time? And dell is known for screwing people over. Anyones suggestion is great, as of right now an exchange is being processed according to this sketchy guy on the phone.
Thanks,
Trenium

If anyone has experience with exchanging a laptop from the outlet with dell, please let me know what you did.
