    Dell studio battery is not charging

    Hi,

    I have purchased my dell studio laptop in August-2008.
    Now when i plug in my charger, battery meter status as
    0% available(plugged in. not charging). and charging indicator blinking with red color.

    Could please help me out if you know.

    1. Make sure proper power supply is present.

    2. Remove the battery and re-insert and try charging again.

    3. Call DELL support.
