    Yea.. that would be cool. Dells service is really quite good once you can get talking to someone on the phone and don't get put on hold :p I have owned quite a few dells in the past. One time it was the HD another time the optical drive, both times dell sent a replacement part via next day air and It got to me in a day or two.

    It is totally hit or miss in my experience with dell, and more often its a big fat miss. With IBM it has always spot on excellent for me.
