I'm a long time dell Customer and I just bought a plagued xps15 from them. I don't why I keep going back but out of good faith, I placed another order with Dell. I paid for the order with a debit card and gift card balance and applied my advantage benefits for 2nd business day delivery. The order "ships" the next day. Money is taken from bank and gift cards.
Fast forward a week and a half, no delivery, no tracking number. No answers from any representatives I've reached out to. Emailed reps, called reps, tweeted reps, etc. No answers from any of them. Giving me a run around about how they can't track order status or how the system will update itself or whatever excuse they can to stall.
This is unacceptable. It is a week past the estimated delivery date and my money has been take and no product has been delivered.
So NBR Dell reps, care to help me out before I escalate this problem?

i never deal with dell and never will, their laptops designs terrible, heat problems (maybe alienware is better, but its horribly over priced)

Well my first computer was a Dell and I have used many different ones over the years. I just got the new L521X because it looked great but sucks with all those issues. Now Dell is giving me problems with orders... One more strike and I'm done with Dell. If this isn't resolved, that'll be the third and final strike.

You never got an email confirming your order?
-
It was never updated after that. No response from anyone still. -
Still don't have my money back. No product delivered either, One of the CS agents told me they're canceling my order but no updates on order status and no refunds... SUCH BS. Dealing with Dell is too much of a hassle for me to return to them ever again.

What does it show in your dell online account? It should have tracking information if the system actually shipped.

Dell's CS has become worse and worse over the years I feel. The only I ever continue to purchase from Dell is their monitors.

Dell took my money and is not delivering product
