Just trying to upgrade the warranty to 3/4yr NBD in home service, prefereably with insurance, seeing as i'm likely to drop the M1730! Seems all i can do is submit details for them to call me?!

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I have about 6 months left on my warranty and was looking into how much it would cost to extend it and I keep getting this same error message. Anyone know if it's been down since July? Is anyone able to access it?

OMFG ITS like been 2 weeks and the sites still down.... is it like becuase they do not want people to get upgrades or something?

When I had my M1710 it was down for over a year. lol -
it's been down for months...i've been trying to extend my warranty and finally i had to do it through the dell chat options....it's funny cause each rep told me different prices, maybe that is why they don't wanna fix the site, so that you can't see the fixed price and so they can hustle you. check out this thread i made regarding this: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=415189
