    Dell webcam frames?

    Something weird is happening here. So far when having a video recorded on my Vostro 1500 webcam (2.0 MP Creative) i had easy over 20 fps(800 X 600). Now even the smallest resolution(i think its 160 X 120) i still get only 8fps. tried to go to tools and entered 30 fps, but to no avail.
    Any ideas??

    try reinstalling or updating the drivers??
