This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Dell website error 500-Server Processing error?

    Is anyone else getting this?
    I've been trying to access various pages under "My account" and am getting this error for the last week.

    The phone support has no idea and is not helpful with this.

    Is it just me or a general error?

    "My Account" is working fine for me. Are you accessing the US site or that of a different country?

    I was getting this intermittently yesterday night and this morning, while checking the status of delivery on my 16.

    It's nothing you're doing, it's just issues with the website...check again in a bit.
