Is anyone else getting this?
I've been trying to access various pages under "My account" and am getting this error for the last week.
The phone support has no idea and is not helpful with this.
Is it just me or a general error?

I was getting this intermittently yesterday night and this morning, while checking the status of delivery on my 16.
It's nothing you're doing, it's just issues with the website...check again in a bit. -
