    looking for dell xps m1210 "base system device" driver, I believe it is the card reader, there are three of them in the unknown device, I looked on dells website to no avail.

    Well i had the same problem, so i just connected my notebook to the web and then vista searched for the drivers and installed them. Yep one of them is for the card reader. Just connect to the web and let vista search for the drivers
