    Just a quick question, when exchanging your system for another one within 30 days, does Dell give u an entirely new system? Or does dell build your "new" notebook with refurbished parts?

    If you are within the 21 day return policy, and there is something wrong - you get a new system.

    If you are outside of the 21 day return policy, you may get a new one or you may get a refurbished one.

    demand a new one.. tell them you will refuse it if its refurb and it will say it on the sticker outside the box.. thats what i made sure to tell them..
