Interesting... I wonder what is wrong with the mini 9. I still own a mini 9 and like it. I thought about replacing it with the new mini 10v, but nah, I'm keeping my 9 incher ;)

And finally we get Red on the 16, but from the pictures it looks like only the back of the lid is red. The inside and bottom are the same black...

    Nice find

I'm torn, while the mini 9 is a great success, perhaps they are trying to push people toward the more customizable (and more money making) mini 10 line. Also, IDK much about the whole netbook market  but perhaps 10 inch systems are selling better than 9 inch ones?

In any case the good news is that (for now) people can buy the Vostro equilvalent (A90) if they need a 9 inch from Dell.

10v is replacing the Mini 9, as seen on the leaked roadmap. Soon the Mini 12 will be replaced by the Mini 11 (which I may buy) ;).

I'm gonna miss it..but at least I still have it. I also thinking they are *pushing forward* w/sales of the 10" Netbooks.

And, yes it's cool that you can still get the A90...from the business side!

    Ahhh...trends.

Cin, I think the netbook market is evolving and Dell is migrating to the 10 inch and 12 inch form factor - people seem to appreciate the larger screens ;)
