. . . well I just got it today and while trying to get the part number for the TV tuner and Remote and saw the new deal:
$ 250 off for CoreDuo E1505
I configured it the exact same way that my notebook is and it turns out $50 or so dollars cheaper. So what is their pricematch policy?
I heard that if we can find a cheaper price online within 21 days of purchase, that they will give the difference. So does this new deal count or whats the deal.

you can call/email/chat dell and try to get a refund or something, but there's no guarantee.
the bottom line is that you bought the computer with that config for that price, but there's no harm in trying.
if they won't do it, you can try to return the computer and reorder, but i don't know if that's worth 50 bux to you or if they will charge you a restocking fee since there's nothing wrong with the machine you have. -
yeah it also depends on what service rep you are talking to. some will give it to you and some won't, also depending on their mood. just keep calling and hopefully somebody will help you out.

Why not use the $300 off $999+? 2$WP$RS0GBXFLL To save another 2% pay with a dell preferred account. To save another 3% sign up for a fatwallet.com account. To get an additional $35 off Stackable coupon, search for one on ebay.
I would return it and then re-order. Or call them up and tell them that if they don't give it to you for the price you can get one for, that you will return it and re-order it. They will hurt from that. It costs money for them to process returns, and they have to pay for shipping too. -
For promotions (free upgrades, $'s or % off) Dell will usually some crap about their promotions changing weekly & tell you that your only option is to cancel/return & reorder.
If the actual price of the notebook or a component actually changes they may offer you an adjustment.
Regardless, if you call Dell and tell them you want to return the notebook b/c you can get if for a cheaper price, they MIGHT offer you a concession coupon to keep it.
