    Dell's annoying production delays continue

    Having purchased the 'new' XPS 1330 (2 months ago), discovering its fith delay was the final straw for us so we cancelled- should you have to wait so long for a laptop these days? NO. The customer service is full of faulse hopes and promises that are seldom kept, not to mention the mandatory apology speech. You would be better off talking to a robot.

    Of course the amusing part for me was the question " Why do you wan't to cancel?" Followed by " you are a high priority customer". High priority? God knows what a normal priority one is. Role on the new Samsung Q45 with Nvidia graphics.

    I know that the Q45 + 8400M G combination is a manufacturing option, but do you have information that it is on the way? Alternatively, you can get the Q70 now. This does include the 8400M G GPU.

    I wanted to get a Q45 originally but there were no models available in uk with nvidia.. it was all snake oil and to date there is no model that is released with it yet..
