    Dell, ship to: n/a in order status

    Hi, i ordered a XPS 14 laptop yesterday in the evening, i made a phone order with a rep, in order to be able to pay using my international card and have the laptop shipped to the USA, and I have not yet received the order confirmation. I mailed the rep, and she sent me the order number, and told me it would take a while to receive the confirmation due to the international billing address, so i started checking the orde status, and it was order processing, and today it changed to "In production", what worries me is that both ship to, and bill to, show N/A in order status, do you think there is a problem with my order, or is this normal given the situation of the order?, how much should it take for the addresses to appear, and for me to receive the order confirmation? Thanks.

    Thats normal and should change within a couple of days to reflect the tracking number etc.
    I wouldnt worry unnecessarily about it.

    If you don't have any further updates by Thursday (12/9), I would give them a followup call for latest status.

    They are probably just making sure everything is order in regards to payment/ship addy/production, etc.

    Hi, they changed already, however they both show what is the shipping address, and the billing should be different, however they already charged my card, so i would suppose that they had it correct. I chatted with an agent and told me that if i wanted to change it i should call, however i want to know if it's worth the hassle, I mean, if they already charged me, what would be the problem with leaving the billing as is? Thanks again!
