    I have not received my Inspiron 1520 yet, but I would like to know the thoughts and opinions of those who have received a computer from Dell recently. List your stats as followed.

    Rate from a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best, and brief summary of why.

    Laptop module with brief specs and end price
    1. Appearance: includes style, material made from, weight, etc
    2. Performance: benchmarks, speed, noise, heat
    3. Price/Value
    4. Customer Service:
    5. Overall rating of entire package with pros/cons

    So far, I've received horrible customer service, and my order has been delayed a week, and reading all these posts about the headphone jacks being messed up and the screen being grainy is kinda freaking me out. I hope mine is okay.
