How do I stop this? Every time I restart my computer, my icons are rearranged. 'Auto Arrange Icons' is not selected in the 'Arrange Icons' menu. I check that all the time. Only thing I do have selected is 'Align to Grid'. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

once you get it the way you like, click refresh, sometimes this makes it stick into place.
