Desktop Replacement (stand) for inspiron6000 + wireless

I would really apreciated opinion from people who use notebook stands/desktop replacements.

I would love to buy for my inspiron6000 something like this

so maybe I could buy this

but the problem is that I've never had wireless mouse/keyboard and I am not really sure if this is the right type I need

but again - whats a difference between those 2 stands?

Could you please explain me in few words how does it all work? can Iuse whatever mouse/keyboard with those stands? and how will this whole set work? is it worth spending money?

Replicator is NOT A MUST for me but considering the prices, additional $15 (for the second replicator) or $60 (for the first one) in my opinion is not that much. what do you think? Or mabye you could advice me some other parts that are better.
