The Dell Latitude D630 review on CNET mentions stereo speakers. I doubt the D630 will have stereo speakers, but I cannot find another review to confirm or deny this. This question is for anyone that has received their D630 laptop.

Does the D630 have mono speakers or stereo speakers?

    Thank you for your help
    :D :) :p  :elvis:

I'd say CNET probably screwed up again. I'm sorry, but they are idiots.

Not just about laptops section either. In their head to head on DS vs. PSP they said the PSP has better battery life at 6 hours, compared to the DS's 4 hours.... Except the DS gets 16-20 hours on battery.

Its gotten to the point where i'll only check them out to see the pictures and general video reviews(mind you, just to see the physical size/style of the device)

You do not have to apologize for their inaccurate review. CNET should correct everyone of their inaccurate reviews. I am curious how long that will take? It would take 1,000 CNET writers 1,000 years to correct all of their mistakes. :D

I think I'm the bigger idiot for subscribing to Computer Shopper. It came bundled with a PC Magazine subscription. It was so cheap!

    I hate myself.

Yep, me too. I gave up reading their reviews for any valuable information a long time ago (except for perhaps user comments). :p
Even physical size is wrong sometimes. I've come across more than one digicam review by them with incorrect dimensions, they can't even seem to type what is on the spec without making a mistake ;)

It's a major error and it seems that the reviewer was "high" after attending a party at a night club :p He could somehow hear stereo music from a single speaker :D

    Yeah, mono speaker.

They do get some gadgets pretty early though. I go there once in a while to check out some pictures of cell phones, etc.
