My specs are indentical for the 6400 I bought in December. (I have the T2050, though...same clock speed etc as the T2060, so I don't know what the difference is).
My system works great...no problems.
However (and this is a big one in my opinion), Home Basic is, for all intents and purposes, a crippled version of Vista. If you are able, I'd change that to premium. -
i dont have the money to upgrade Vista and i got the computer refurbished

The only real difference in that the T2050 has a 2 MB L2 cache, whereas the T2060 has a 1 MB L2 cache. Theres little difference in terms of performance between the two, but in some processor dependant applications, the cache does help a processor out, particularly, in applications invloving large amounts of data or calculations.

Considering one of the biggest selling points of Vista is Aero Glass and Basic doesn't have it, well you can see why many aren't big fans of the Basic version.

any other feedback?
Did I choose well?
