    It looks like my laptop will be shipped tomorrow :). I found out I can request an invoice online, but I thought all Dell products come with an invoice. I ordered an invoice to be on the safe side.

    That worked better that I thought it would. Dell just emailed my complete invoice in a pdf file. It shows everything that should be included when my laptop arrives.

    Use the email Dell sent you and click on the order number which is in blue. This will take you to the Dell page with the unofficial information about your laptop. I think the Invoices button only pops up when the laptop has been shipped. Click on the Invoices button and fill out the necessary information. It takes a couple hours for email to arrive, so do not panic like I did. I thought I might have pressed the return feature or something.

    If you look at the bottom of your invoice, you can find your service tag number.
