Due to Dells delayed shipments, bleeding and grainy screens, loose batteries, etc...
And before I sick my dogs (very powerful lawyers) on them, did anyone try the BBB and what happened?

oh great that's all we need in America, another frivolous lawsuit! Yes there have been delays and some quirks with some of the laptops, but nothing Dell has not been willing to attempt to rectify. How is calling the BBB or "sicking dogs" on them warranted?

Maybe I need to clarify and (1)
might not of been enough. How about some
IT WAS A JOKE! Don't make me sick my dog on you (see avatar).
Calm down, I'll clarify. I'm asking if anybody with a valid argument, has gotten any relief having done so through BBB, and will they share their experience.
BTW, did you have bad experience with being sued or something? Nevermind, don't answer that. -
The BBB doesn't really "do" anything other than contact Dell. They'll get a real person on the phone from their public relations department who will then write a letter stating something about "...back to school orders" or "...backordered parts" or "...we'd be happy to give their money back and cancel the order". Then after they send that letter to the BBB, while that letter is being sent to you, the same guy will go to the production line and stomp your laptop and send it back to the end of the line!!! hehe.

It's not like Dell has done anything wrong, they're just swamped with orders and don't have the resources to deal with it. They've been trying to make up for it by offering concessions. What's a company supposed to do?
As for the bad screen, loose batteries, etc, you have a 21 day period where you can return your notebook for a refund.
Did you try the Better Business Bureau?
