    check this site out for the differences...even tho it's for the XPS gen 2...it's still the same screens that they use for the 9300s...hope this helps :D

    So I take it the LG provides sharper and more vibrant looking colors? What is the exact res of UXGA anyway?

    For my Inspiron 6000 i get this

    F8505 SUB-ASSEMBLY, LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY, VERTICAL ASSEMBLY, 15.4WS+, 6000

    on Dell's website. Does it mean LG or Samsung?
