What are the differences in these options for wireless connectivity? Is the Bluetooth technology worth it or do other wireless devices work just as well. Would any of these work fine with my wireless cable internet at home?
Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200 Internal Wireless (802.11 b/g, 54Mbps)
Intel® PRO/Wireless 2915 Internal Wireless (802.11 a/b/g, 54Mbps)

Intel® PRO 2200 and Dell 350 Bluetooth Internal Wireless Cards
The Dell 350 card features the latest Bluetooth version 2.0 + EDR technology

Any of them will work and you don't need Bluetooth if you're asking this question. Also, you might consider doing a forums search before posting. I posted an answer to a nearly identical question less than 6 hours ago.

I did the forum search...
Is it true that the 2200 has a lot of problems like dropping connections? -
Some users have had problems with it. Personally I haven't. Considering that Dell only offers those two, the 2200 will work fine.
-
I've been using the 2915 wireless internal for 2 days straight now and it hasnt so much as hiccuped once...thats my 2 pence
-
I haven't had any problems with my 2200bg, but I know others have.
-
yeah, the 2915 is great. it seems to get better pickup when compared to a 2200bg in a gateway. so i say get the 2915, you will be impressed with range and strength of the card
-
The 2915 is excellent; I'm able to roam over the three stories of my house without a single hicup. I constantly recieve stronger signals than my Linksys wireless pci card which fumbles signals and connectivity while in a stationary desktop.

don't get any wireless at all and go a buy this SERIOUS BABY:

lol, try to stick with a specific dell wireless card. Plus that is external.

check your lenses. -
Wow, you really need to stop critizing me!
That link is for a EXTERNAL CARD. That means its Outside the laptop
BigRemo first of all has a dell! He wants a INTERNAL wireless card. Why would he want a different laptop brand card that has to be sticking out of the laptop. What are you getting at I23. I really have lost you because you dont know what your saying. Why do i have to check my lenses? -
NicksPohn, chill out. I thought you were saying that I posted the link to that external.
I chimmed in supporting my internal.
No hard feelings m8,
I23 -
Ok thankyou, it got confusing for me too. No hard feelings.
