I am looking at buying the game The Settlers: Rise of an Empire and it says that it requires DirectX 9.0c and a Pixel Shader of 1.1-1.3. How do i know if i have this or how can i get it?

If you have XP, just make sure you have SP2. If you have Vista, then your covered as well (as far as DirectX goes).

For your GPU, you didn't list what you have, so I cannot help you wtih that.....
