How do I disable wifi on dell E1505? I think Intel's PRO program is running and the wifi light is on.

You certainly could disable the card in Device Manager.

if you are using the intel software to manage your wifi connection then you can turn it off by clicking the "disable radio" button in the lower left of the interface box.

    There are various options.

    1. Fn+F2 will turn it off
    2. With Dell Quickset if you go to Radio Control Options you can turn it off in the Advanced Settings
    3. In the Network Connections folder you can disable your wireless connection
    4. With Intel PROset you can click the disable radio button

If you do FN+F2, this will turn off your Bluetooth radio also. It basically turns off/on any wireless type connections that you have.
