I have a teenager that has proven that the built in webcam might not be in his best interest. It is a Dell Inspiron 15r laptop. I can easily go through the device manager and uninstall it. I'd guess that he could just as easily reinstall it later. What is the best way to permanently disable my teenagers webcam so he (or his friends) can't get it working again.
Can it physically be removed without damaging or costing a fortune?
I'd appreciate some help on this one.

You might be able to take off the bezel from around the screen and unplug the webcam. That's what I'd do.

Disable it in bios and add a bios password. Make sure you dont forget bios password.
Disable webcam permanently
