    This morning I was setting up my 9300 and the coupon for 40% off worked fine, but now when I go in an try it, it won't take the % off, does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work?

    try it again. I just tried and it does work, so it hasn't expired yet. Make sure you are using Dell USA home site and not small business or anything else.
