This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I know a lot of this information is like scattered around this board, but I was hoping if people would just share in some of their experiences calling up dell whether it's a crazy discount they got or some free stuff so the rest of us have some reference in knowing what we can realistically ask for when trying to call in.

    also does anybody know how long before you can't cancel an order anymore?

    Once it's shipped, I doubt you can cancel it.
